Every installation starts with proper substrate prep — we check for level, moisture, and structural soundness before a single tile goes down. We use Ditra uncoupling membrane where needed to prevent cracking, and we match grout joints to the look you're going for.

Most tile flooring projects take 2–4 days depending on the size of the space. We supply from Dal-Tile, MSI, and Contempo Tile, or we're happy to install materials you've already picked out. Our crew cleans up every evening — you'll never come home to a mess.

Porcelain is the gold standard for kitchens — it's harder, more water-resistant, and handles heavy traffic without showing wear. We recommend rectified porcelain in 12x24 or larger for a clean, modern look.

Most rooms take 2–4 days including prep, tile setting, grouting, and cleanup. Larger open-concept spaces may take up to a week.

In some cases, yes. We can tile over existing tile or concrete if the surface is structurally sound and level. We always assess the substrate first and will let you know the best approach.

Ditra is a Schluter uncoupling membrane that sits between your subfloor and tile. It prevents cracks caused by substrate movement and provides waterproofing. We use it on wood subfloors and anywhere cracking is a concern.
